Our dedicated and experienced team are DBS-checked and paediatric first aid qualified. Playbox has a high adult to child ratio and every child has their own personal keyworker.
Meet our team
Ginette
Ginette is the Playbox Pre-school Leader. She started working at Playbox in 2003, first as a volunteer when her daughter started, and has taken her childcare qualifications during this time, working her way up to leader. She oversees administration, admissions and safeguarding. Ginette enjoys cooking, reading and travelling.
Rachel
Rachel is deputy leader of Playbox. She joined the team after her own four children attended Playbox. She holds her NVQ level 3 and a Level 3 Certificate for SENCOs in Early Years. You might well see her out running locally - she is training for her first ultramarathon!
Sarah
Sarah has been part of the Playbox team since 2017. She holds a Degree in Early Years Education. Out of work Sarah loves swimming (not the outside pool, too many bugs!) and sewing.
Jema
Jema used to run Paybox toddlers and is the newest member of our team, starting in 2022.
Lindsay
Lindsay’s three children all went to Playbox and she joined as Playbox Admin in 2021. She helps keep all things running smoothly at Playbox - you’ll find her communicating with parents, looking after admin and finance.
Away from Playbox, Lindsay enjoys running, swimming, cycling, photography and making cakes.
